A 3-day immersion for artists & songwriters ready to step into the rooms that actually move careers forward.

📍 Los Angeles
📅 3 Days. One room. Real proximity. Real momentum.
🎟️ $2,500 | Limited Capacity

You should be in the room with hit songwriters.

Getting in the room with hit songwriters used to be impossible — especially if you didn’t already have cuts.
Hitmakers changes that.

The Hitmakers Songwriting Retreat puts you face-to-face with real hitmakers, inside a curated, high-level creative environment designed to accelerate your songs, your network, and your career.

This isn’t inspiration — it’s proximity, access, and momentum.

This isn’t a regular songwriter camp.

This isn’t a conference.
And it’s definitely not a weekend of empty motivation and networking roulette.

Hitmakers is the room where songwriters stop “trying” and start operating at a professional level.

One room.
Curated collaborators.
Hit songwriter and producer mentors.
Career-moving conversations.
And a level of access you simply can’t buy anywhere else.

This is where your music meets the rooms it belongs in.

You didn’t start writing songs to stay small.

You came here because something in you knew
you were meant to build something
powerful. Sustainable. Impactful.

But here’s the truth:

Talent isn’t what separates good from great.

Proximity does.

The right rooms.
The right collaborators.
The right feedback.
The right standards.

Hitmakers is that room.

THIS ROOM IS FOR THE songwriter WHO…

✔ Is tired of writing strong songs in rooms that go nowhere
✔ Knows they’re capable of more than their current reality
✔ Is ready to operate at a professional level
✔ Wants collaborators who match their ambition
✔ Is done playing small

If you feel activated reading this —
you already know.

You’re not flying to LA for inspiration.

You’re coming to position yourself.

Hitmakers is where you get your music in front of people who actually place songs, cut records & build careers.

Hitmakers is where you find collaborators who match your drive and talent.

It’s where your next level becomes inevitable.

Here’s what HAPPENS INSIDE HITMAKERS

YOU WILL:

• Write & collaborate with hit songwriters and producers.
• Receive real-time feedback from hit songwriters & music industry experts.
• Write and record songs that are cut-ready, pitch-ready, or release-ready.
• Q&A with music industry leaders about the music business.
• Get clarity and coaching on your positioning as a songwriter or artist.
• Build relationships that extend far beyond the three days.

Most people spend years trying to get this kind of access.

→ You’ll be in a room where songs can actually get cut
→ You’ll be with mentors who actually have hits
→ You’ll have conversations that actually move careers
→ You’ll feel a standard of excellence the moment you walk in

This is where proximity changes everything.

You don’t sit and watch.

You write.
You collaborate.
You workshop.
You elevate.

You’re placed in highly curated rooms
with hit songwriters, producers, and industry leaders.

You will feel what it’s like to operate at the level you’ve always known you’re capable of.

This isn’t random networking.

This is intentional positioning.

Our songwriting mentors have written songs for some of the biggest artists in the world…

Including

Beyonce, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Teddy Swims, Rihanna, Eminem, BTS, H.E.R, Zayn, JLo, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Ke$ha, Ava Max, Becky G, Anitta, Alesso, Illenium, Tiesto, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Cher, Toni Braxton, Selena Gomez, Kygo, Zara Larson, Bebe Rexha, Celine Dion, The Chainsmokers, Adam Lambert, John Legend, Ellie Goulding, Daniel Caesar, Kim Petras, Brandy, and many more!

THIS KIND OF ACCESS TAKES DECADES to build alone.

WHO WAS IN THE ROOM IN 2025?

The result?

Your standards rise.
Your decisions sharpen.
Your future changes.

BUT THIS ISn’t JUST ABOUT WRITING SONGS

This is a whole-artist experience, where world-class songwriting meets self-care & WEllness, personal development & heart-centered growth.

At Hitmakers:

You reconnect with your calling.
You build relationships that last beyond the weekend.
You walk away confident. Clear. Empowered. Bold.

You don’t just write with hit songwriters.

You step into the energy of being one.

There is real potential here —
for placements, for collaborations, for career acceleration.

But more than that?

You stop abandoning your greatness.

Through immersive experiences, intimate panels, live Q&As, and guided conversations, you don’t just learn the business
you
feel what it’s like to operate inside it with clarity, confidence, and support.

Everything is curated.
Every mentor is extremely successful.
Every room is built for your elevation.

You get:

“Honestly life-changing.”

“I've been to songwriting camps before but this one offers everything practical that a songwriter at any level really wants--community, coaching, industry connections, and real opportunity to write with and learn from present day hitmakers. I got my ass kicked in the best way, and was pushed way past my comfort zone. I'm still processing the experience, but I learned so much about myself, and the journey only continues with these new relationships with the mentors and my peers.”

How many Full Access Hitmaker Passes are available?

This is an intentionally intimate experience.

We cap Full Access at just 16 participants to ensure every attendee receives meaningful collaboration time, personal attention, and a high-quality experience.

Once these spots are filled, enrollment closes.

What are the ticket options?

We offer two ways to attend:

Full Access Hitmaker Pass — $2,500
Includes the full 3-day retreat, songwriting sessions with hitmakers, conference access, coaching, and all networking events.

Panel Pass — $497
Includes full access to all panels, workshops, coaching sessions, networking events, and the Playback Party.
(Note: Panel Pass does not include private songwriting sessions with hitmakers.)

How do the songwriting sessions work?

Full Access attendees are placed into curated writing rooms consisting of:

• 1 hit songwriter mentor
• 1 hit producer mentor
• 2–3 retreat participants

You’ll rotate collaborators across the retreat, allowing you to build multiple relationships and create multiple songs.

These sessions simulate real professional writing environments used throughout the industry.

Who will hear the songs created during the retreat?

Songs will be showcased at our exclusive Playback Party attended by:

• Hit songwriters and producers
• Publishers and A&R professionals
• Managers and industry creatives
• Fellow collaborators and peers

In some cases, standout songs may be shared with publishing teams or collaborators for potential pitching opportunities.

While placement opportunities cannot be guaranteed, Hitmakers exists to create real pathways and relationships.

Do I keep the rights to the songs I write?

Yes.

You retain your ownership and publishing rights according to standard industry collaboration splits. Publishing is typically split evenly among collaborators in each session unless otherwise agreed upon.

What experience level do I need to attend?

Hitmakers is open to songwriters, artists, and producers at various stages — from emerging to professional.

You do not need a publishing deal or industry credits.

You simply need to be serious about your craft, growth, and collaboration.

Do I need to play an instrument or produce?

No.

Many successful songwriters specialize in melody, lyrics, or vocal production. You are welcome regardless of your specific skill set.

Bring your strengths — the rooms are designed to complement each participant.

What genres are welcome?

All genres are welcome, including pop, indie, alternative, R&B, electronic, singer-songwriter, and more.

Hitmakers is focused on great songs.

What is the retreat schedule?

Full schedule details will be announced soon.

In general:

Day 1: Hitmakers Conference — panels, special guests, workshops, and Q&A
Day 2–3: Songwriting sessions (Full Access) and workshops, coaching, and networking (Panel Pass)
Final Night: Playback Party celebrating the songs created during the retreat

Is food included?

Yes.

Catered lunches, snacks, coffee, and beverages are provided throughout the retreat.

Are travel and accommodations included?

Travel and accommodations are not included.

We recommend flying into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and staying in the Hollywood or West Hollywood area.

A small room block will be available at Gold Diggers Boutique Hotel located directly above the studio. (First come, first serve).

We will provide recommended hotel options after registration.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes — networking is a core part of the Hitmakers experience.

You’ll build relationships with:

• Hit songwriters and producers
• Fellow serious collaborators
• Industry professionals and creatives

Many attendees form ongoing collaborations long after the retreat ends.

What makes Hitmakers different from other songwriting events?

Hitmakers is intentionally small, curated, and career-focused.

Unlike large conferences, you are actively writing, collaborating, and building relationships inside real creative rooms — not just observing from the audience.

This is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to create real momentum.

What is the age requirement?

Attendees must be 16 or older.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the advance costs of studio booking, mentors, and catering, all payments are non-refundable.

However, your payment can be applied as a credit toward future Stefani Fryzel Coaching programs or events.

Is there an application or approval process?

We maintain a curated environment to ensure a high-quality experience.

After registering, you may be asked to submit music or information to help us place you in the best possible writing rooms.

Can I attend alone?

Yes — many attendees come alone.

Hitmakers is designed to help you meet collaborators, build relationships, and become part of a creative community.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

• Laptop
• Headphones
• Hard drive or production setup (if applicable)
• Notebook and pen
• Positive, collaborative energy

Do Panel Pass holders still get to collaborate?

Yes.

Panel Pass holders will have opportunities to collaborate with other attendees, participate in workshops, share music, and build meaningful creative relationships.

Is it worth it if I’m serious about my career?

If you’re serious about becoming a professional songwriter, the rooms you enter and the relationships you build matter.

Hitmakers exists to give you access, momentum, and community — in an environment designed to accelerate your growth.

Many attendees leave with new collaborators, new songs, and new clarity about their next steps.
